WELCOME
Improvement East is the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (RIEP) for the East of England. A summary of the achievements of the RIEPs and a guide to the efficiencies they have achieved can be found here.
We are a partnership of all 58 authorities in the East of England - councils and fire and rescue services. We have funding of £21.7million over three years to help deliver better services for local people as efficiently as possible.
We are run by authorities for authorities, providing funding and other resources to enable them to take responsibility for improving themselves. We provide support in areas such as; efficiency and smart procurement, Leadership of Place, Member development, adult social care and children's services, business transformation and economic development.
