Improvement East is hosting an exciting event for public sector leaders on 'A New Way Forward - The Future of Public Service Delivery in the East'. This event, sponsored by BT, will bring together a senior local government audience, along with key partners from the public, private and voluntary and community sectors in the East of England, to discuss how we can work together and develop more efficient, better, and more responsive public services.
Keynote speaker: Rt Hon. Francis Maude MP, Minister for the Cabinet Office

The event, which will take place at Murray Edwards College (Buckingham House) in Cambridge from 11:00 - 16:00 on 22nd June 2012, will:
- Provide the opportunity to share the experiences of organisations and partnerships at the cutting edge of developing and implementing new approaches to delivering services.
- Provide a platform for authorities in the East of England to debate the issues and develop thinking and planning for transforming public services and driving forward the localism agenda.
The event is aimed at members and senior officers in local authorities, as well as key partners from the public, private and voluntary and community sectors.
