This one-day workshop combines process mapping with the basics of costing a service delivery process. It is specifically designed for delegates who are setting out on a BPI or Transformation project but have no previous practical experience of process mapping. It will provide sufficient information and practical exercises for delegates to map a process within their own organisation and assess which steps add value and which do not. The costing element of the course will provide them with sufficient understanding to gather the data needed to produce a business case for change, using Rough-cut ABC.
