This is a key theme within the new Equality Framework and is integral to the Comprehensive Area Assessment performance regime in understanding inequalities in the locality and setting priorities to eliminate discrimination and tackle disadvantage. We will feature two best practice authorities - Fenland DC and Norfolk County Council who are both Achieving Authorities - to share best practice and positive outcomes within this theme.
