Social Media: for you, your organisation and your region
Improvement East is offering communication colleagues in our region the opportunity to participate in a Social Media training course to learn more about how these free communication channels can be used in a positive way. This course is being held is part of our internal staff development programme so colleagues within Improvement East will also be attending.

Course overview :
The course will comprise :
- a short questionnaire to assess knowledge levels
- overview, tools of relevance, latest developments
- examples of social media at work - risks and rewards
- practical exercises
This will be an interactive/informal workshop to allow questions to flow freely.
Who should attend ?
This may be especially valuable to communication colleagues in District authorities or those with limited training budgets that wouldn't normally have access to this type of training.
