The 'Solutions Service' is Improvement East's unique Accelerated Change Programme which has already been successfully delivered in a number of public sector organisations across the East of England.   It is a a short, focussed programme, typically lasting 12 weeks or less, to deliver results quickly and effectively.

The service brings together stakeholders from a range of organisations, including politicians and key decisions makers, to resolve a single common issue. It enables you to develop a clear vision of what is needed and gain the necessary support through to the identification of a shared, preferred solution and the formation of an outline business case for change.

Improvement East has brought together a framework of six experienced suppliers for the Solutions Service which means that you have easy access to high quality, independent suppliers with no unnecessary procurement delays.
