1 month since launch of Contracts Database

Just 1 month has passed since the launch of the East of England Contracts Database on Wednesday 6th June - http://contracts.improvementeast.gov.uk/ – and it has already proven to be a great success. The number of East of England local authorities participating has increased to 42, with 160 new contracts added since launch, bringing the total to just short of 5,000!
Over 800 visitors have already used the site and these numbers continue to grow on a daily basis.
The database provides a wealth of fantastic information about contracts let by organisations in the East of England, as well as listings of national and regional framework contracts by category, for example, there are:
- 35 frameworks listed under Vehicle Management
- 34 frameworks listed under Facilities Management
- 22 frameworks listed under Utilities
- 21 frameworks listed under Catering
