Waste collection and disposal is the third largest local government spend element after social services and education.  Substantial revenue cost increases are foreseeable against a backdrop of reduced funding, meaning that innovative service delivery models must be pursued to deliver efficiencies. 

Building upon the success of our route optimisation programme, we are supporting authorities in delivering their waste efficiency and service re-design programmes.
