• Talent Bank - 'Talent Bank' is an association of highly experienced professionals available to local authorities and their partners. It also includes individual advisory offers such as; procurement diagnostics, service reviews, health checks and HR procedures and investigations.  It is delivered jointly with Employers' Services, part of the East of England LGA.

• Solutions Service - The Solutions Service is Improvement East's Accelerated Change Programme. It brings organisations together to rethink and reshape public services, making them more effective and efficient for the future.
