PROCUREMENT EAST NETWORK (PEN)
Improvement East co-ordinates Procurement activity across the region through the Procurement East Network or PEN. The PEN group is made up of a group of Public Sector Procurement professionals, representing the region's 5 County Councils, the 41 Districts and Boroughs, the 6 Unitary Councils, the regional Professional Buying Organisations and wider public sector partners.
Updates on the work of the group will appear regularly on these pages.
The PEN's next scheduled meeting is on Thursday 18th March 2010 at Flempton House, Flempton, nr Bury St Edmunds
