On-site follow-up support for Lean and Systems Thinking, Process Mapping and Costing and Programme Management
Up to 5 days (i.e. can be 1 day or 2 days but no more than 5 days) of follow-up on-site support is available to authorities following delivery of an on-site workshop from any of the suppliers.
This is provided FREE OF CHARGE but must be for a specific project or programme and is subject to the same criteria and application process as the on-site workshop delivery.
The support may only be provided by the supplier(s) delivering on-site workshop in that skill topic. The scope of the delivery is be-spoke to the authority, flexible and can include one on one coaching to individuals as required.
