INTERCHANGE

Interchange is the regional learning and development tool run by Improvement East.

Interchange works by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and expertise between authorities and local government partners in the East of England. An online 'dating agency' for learning and development opportunities is supported by a network of Interchange Managers within authorities and partner organisations; East of England Regional Assembley, East of England Development Agency and the Government Office - East.

A range of opportunities are available through Interchange such as; buddying, work shadowing and secondoments. Click here to view information on all the types of opportunties available.
