Improvement East also offers a series of Menus of Support which allow authorities tailored support for the improvement and efficiency journey.

» Summer Picnic 2009
» Adult Social Care
» Children's Services
» Equalties
» Use of Resources
» Individual Authorities
» Winter Menu of Support
Becoming an accredited peer:
The Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) Peer Clearing House places peers - experienced, expert members or officers - to work on a variety of projects, to help build capacity, confidence and sustainability in local government by sharing knowledge and experience. The projects can be such as: peer reviews and peer challenges; training and development programmes; mentoring and coaching work; inspection and assessment. This is a strong example of sector-led improvement and a great development opportunity for individuals
The IDeA website has more information about how you can become accredited as a peer and the work they do.
